There service is so slow that, sometimes you cant understand your problems will be solved ever or not? After generating a ticket 7 days may have passed but you couldn't get ant reply from them...

Arvixe uptime is horrible. I really hate to change host again. Like their prices and the discounts they offer, but if my sites are down whenever I check on them, what's the point?

My opinnion about Arvixe is great, they have a good uptime, a best support, and a super speed... I have there webhosting and i know this... :) GOOD JOB ARVIXE... YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Excellent value and service. All questions were immediately addressed and I am always kept up to date on the status of any inquiry I make. Never had any issues with server downtime. Highly recommend Arvixe!

Such overloaded servers your site will rarely work giving you either timeouts or such slow loading pages everyone would give up, which includes your email, database, ftp and http. All the support staff barely understand two words of English. Avoid at all costs if you want a proper online presence.

Very bad service providers. Suspend the accounts every when more than 250 people site on the site.

i have hosted a site on arvixe.com on personal class with private tomcat. suddenly they reduced max memory limit to my user without any prior notification. they abused me to upgrade my plan to the business class which is double of charge. my app was working well on personal class and they decided to reduce memory limits at a glance. what a bad experience. their support is too bad, they don't recognize site issues
