I was with Arvixe two years, the uptime wasn't bad, the support wasn't capable to resolve any problem, the speed is nothing to say, the php scripts didn't send any mail nor the webmail, don't buy a dedicated IP with the personal plan, they send nothing, perhaps they have a marketing plan.
When someone close a contract with Arvixe, be aware and email all chats to you, than after the conclusion begins a other world and you'll found nothing else what is spoken.

Support is very good. Twice I had a question, within minutes a tickernumber and within 24 hours a suitable answer.

Arvixe hosts our email and website and since we made the switch, we have had no problems. Our emails are delivered on time (no more waiting several hours) and we are quite please with the service. Our website is up and running 24/7.

As my site is not up as of yet, I have very little feedback to give. However, as I have dealt with other web providers in the past (and present) via work, i can say that the admin pages are arranged better than any other I have seen. Unlike GoDaddy and some others, it has not been a chore trying to figure out how to access any feature. Looks good!

I booked my VPS from Arvixe more than two weeks ago, The server is down most of the time, Every time i speak with the support i get nothing, he tells me hold on and after one hour he tells me that he couldn't connect to my Node, and a server administrator will solve this issue for me and i will open a ticket for you.
I have tickets that has been added four days ago, and NO one replays me as usual although it is Urgent Situation.
Yesterday, i have chatted with their support more than 2 and half hours, and as usual he didn't solve anything and opened a ticket for me.
Also yesterday, even while all the sites were down, the vps load was 9 !!!!!, How come ?!!! i don't know and i didn't get any replay from them.
Really one of the most worst companies that i have dealt with.

The best web hosting I have ever seen. I'm hosting asp.net and php sites for me and my clients for about 1.5 years now. Their system is super stable. Customer support is beyond excellent. They are not just answer to your tickets/call but actually solve the problems. And finally, even their cheapest $4-$5 hosting options are very reliable and fast.
