Network is Unreachable

Oh FTP, Oh FTP, why don’t you work?

Changed the password. Different error. Why is this such an issue?

Warning: fopen(ftp://...@files.000webhost.com/public_html/index.php): failed to open stream: Failed to set up data channel: Network is unreachable in x on line x

As confusing at it is, it still does not work. I have never heard of “Network is unreachable”.

I REFUSE to use the built in 000webhost FTP. It is slow, logs you out literally every 30 seconds, and works horribly on smaller windows.

Is my FTP client broken? Am I just a bad PHP developer?

Answer this, do I need to include /storage/ssd2/941/x in the path?

I’d like to verify…

Port 21.
Host files.000webhost.com.
No SFTP.

As much as this annoys you how I keep opening tickets, it’s the same for me. The Internet is a confusing place!

Doesn’t annoy me in the slightest but you’ve got to take some action and try the suggestions I’ve provided in the last few threads :slight_smile:

  2. VPN
  3. Reboot home router
  4. Disable Antivirus/firewall/software of any kind
  5. Alternative DNS
  6. Contact network administrator/ ISP

Correct setup of FTP FILEZILLA.

Provide your FTP client software and I can lookup the correct configuration for that also :slight_smile:
