Can not Log In, website not working!

Hello, I have registered back in 2018. And I believe I did register via Facebook.
When an email came in about putting my website to rest, I tried to log in - and it was not possible (still isn’t), with facebook giving up this message:

App not set up: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.

I then tried to log in with the same email that was used with Facebook, but I did not see my website there. Because my website still worked, I did not care.

However now my website stopped working and I do not know how to get into the account where I can conrol it.

Hi there, as far as my checks reveal that account in total was removed and deleted for user inactivity which in turn deleted all websites under it.

Users must remain active to continue on the free learning platform - you must login once per month to 000webhost.com control panel to avoid inactive user deletion. Logging into FTP or your website control panel. i.e. wp-admin does not count and your site/account will be deleted if you do not login to 000webhost.com regularly.

Users who don’t login regularly to the 000webhost control panel to confirm active learner status are deleted automatically per inactive user policy.

Users are responsible for regular backups as agreed upon signup and the terms of service state we do not accept responsibility for data loss, any loss of files would be the fault of the user for not regularly backing up as required.

You can create a brand new account using a reputable email address provider and create a new 000webhostapp URL with alternative naming as deleted subdomains are blacklisted by policy and cannot be reused.

Upgrading will not bring any data back and it will not allow you to use the same 000webhostapp URL.

Ensure to take future regular backups along with remaining active on the 000webhost control panel to avoid inactivity deletion.

Thanks for the information. But the data are not the main problem here. It is the apparent coexistence of two accounts bound to one email address and the impossibility to log in to one of them, furthermore, the impossibility to log in with FB. It would be helpful to add some more information, if possible please:

  • When has this account been deleted?
  • Why I was not able to log in to the account with FB and why there is a totally different account with the same email address used? How could those accounts coexist?

Because as far as I see it, I was not able to log in to the correct account in any way. And that is not too good. I totally understand that this is a free service, but it is quite an important thing to figure out, at least for the future because I intend to use the same email address. And I want to know how this state was possible.
