Error 500 when accesing the site

I’m trying to do a game website called travian , i put all the things in FileZilla according to the tutorial i’m following.

After this where i setup the site , it’s also saying that i need a database and i’ve created it and put in there . After this step i’m getting this :

, After clicking create it’s getting the " xtravianrox.000webhostapp.com is currently unable to handle this request. error http 500. I tried another host and it worked there. So i know the files are good.
I will buy a host in the future but i want to test it here for free. So what can i do to get pass this error?

I would hazard a guess that our free plan limits are too strict sadly to install that script.
Scripts will fail to install on the free plan due to hourly database limitations and request limits.
