I followed Migration to new panel
when I log on, it takes me back to the old panel. my old site was backed up, ready to move, I tried clicking on move button on help site from a member team, but when I did click one it, it takes me back to old cpanel again. please help if you can, anyone, team employee member of 000webhost or any users. thanks
Make sure you delete your old panel account first.
Click on your name under customer details, delete profile when it loads.
Ensure you’ve deleted your sites from accounts list firstly.
