how to create e-mail address with my own domain? I am using free hosting plan with my own domain parked to default domain of 000webhost.
I was using 3 e-mail addresses (with my own domain) with 000webhost with free hosting service. but my domain was suspend a while ago, then I somehow recovered my domain with 000webhost, but e-mail addresses do not work.
I used to have 3 e-mail address, but now I can’t find any. I have set up “email forwarding”. But it sounds a bit strange, because,.
it asks "e-mail forwarding from : myname@myowndomain to gmail address. I think I should create “email address” as I did a few years ago. I can’t find how to re-create my e-mail address with my own domain.
So I re-made two email forwarder accounts today (about 4 hrs ago).
As long as your domain still points to our hosting and you’ve setup new forwarders today they should work.
If you feel they aren’t working reliably then https://improvmx.com would likely be a good free quick choice to swap to.
Thank you for your reply. But I feel it is rather strange the “Email forwarders” ask me to forward emails from “email@myowndomain” to “Gmail address”. I used to receive emails at email@myowndomain in my email client.
Or, can you tell me how to create an e-mail account with my own domain? I can only find “Create e-mail forwarder” under Manage email.
Thank you. I’d like to use GSuite. First, I need to create an email address with my domain (ex. myname@mydomain) with 000webhost. I used to have 3 email address with my domain with 000webhost. but they became invalid when my domain was suspended by 000webhost.
Is it still possible to create 3 email address with my own domain with 000webhost? I am using Free hosting service though my domain is under your maintenance.
So we provide free forwarders you@customdomain.com forwarding to you@gmail.com for example.
If you want Inbox/Webmail addresses in place of forwarding you’d need to upgrade.
GSuite provides inbox still unsure if free but you don’t need existing custom addresses to get started as far as I am aware you can sign-up with normal@gmail.com then add your custom addresses in, if it is still free.
Zoho, Migadu provide Inbox/Webmail services
ImprovMX provides forwarding
