Somehow my page is unaccessable and says that I somehow violated the terms of service. Someone might tell me what I did wrong? And how to awake the page again?

Your site simply exceeded resources allocated, the site should be online again. If it happens again then you may have to upgrade to Hostinger to resolve the issue or seek alternative free hosting
ok, how long does it take to get online agan, and what are allocated ressources?
Should be online now, and various limits but mostly to do with databases.
