How can I get this information from 000webhost?

Sorry, but SMTP is not available on 000webhost.
I recommend you use GMail’s SMTP

Does the panel try and use non secure connection which is why GoogleMail won’t work as it requires secure connection?

What Are You Trying To Do?

I assume Google use various servers just like 000webhost does which is why pinging it will probably produce different IP address at different locations and different times
