When I exceed the rate limit, the Wordpress install screen comes up

When I used to exceed the rate limit, it would show “Error establishing a database connection”, and I understand that there is a limit since this service is free. Now when I exceed the limit though, it shows the Wordpress Install screen, which shows up publicly. I don’t want anyone going through that so is there a way to fix it?

They can’t run it without the details to a database anyway
