Hello,

I wonder what happened to 2 of my websites.
All of a sudden both sites were removed and accounts are deleted too and can’t login anymore-> not found
It are accounts for ***.hostei.com and ***.host56.com
I didn’t get an email that they will be removed nor a reason why …
What is the reason and can I add those back with the same name (see higher)

Seems to have been deleted for inactivity, the names won’t be able to be reused.

Inactivity? How can you decide that an account/website has no activity ? I go to those websites every day to look so there IS activity and why can’t I re-add those same urls anymore, they are deleted, no?

Inactive Users Information

Users who are inactive will start to receive emails to inform them of their inactivity, it will give you option to login to your control panel at 000webhost.com, to stop the deletion of your websites/data/account and the timer will reset each time you login to the panel. So if you signed up today 24th July, and then didn’t login for 3 months you will get an email giving you a weeks grace period to login to reset the timer again. So if I understand you well then the login to the cpanel counts for the activity of an account/website and not the amount of visitors to the website.
But I never got an email to login again … ??? The account/website got deleted without any warnings …
So it’s 000webhost who has failed … 000webhost didn’t send any reminder/warning!
I always check inbox AND spam folder.
But too bad for me I guess

Unfortunately, it is the user’s duty to keep their files backed up.

No need to mention, but due to the abuse 000webhost encounters, some email providers just block our emails so you don’t see them at all

I have a back up of my websites, that isn’t the problem but as Infinity said I lost my urls and can’t re-add/make them anymore!

Normally I get all emails from 000webhost in inbox or spam but then not for a warning/reminder?? Weird.

Do I have to use a different email address too to create an account for adding back my websites to 000webhost or can I use the old one to log in? (read -> create a new account)

You can surely reuse an old email but unfortunately this does not apply to subdomains.

You mean I can’t re-use my old subdomains (see above) because they don’t exist anymore?

You cannot signup the same FREE SUBDOMAIN like example.000webhostapp.com if this has been used / deleted before.

You can signup example2019unique-new.000webhostapp.com for example and park your own custom domain again - the same custom domain to get the same emails.
