I discovered that the email forward function does not work recently.
It works before. However, recently, when my organization members phoned and urged me to reply to their queries they sent to info@lotus.org.mo, I then discovered that I received none of them.
I set it to forward to my gmail account.
I deleted all forward emails (including this info@) and set up again. But no matter it is set to forward to gmail or other company account with domain ended as .mo, it does not work.
You could certainly try ImprovMX which you’ll just need to modify your MX record here and manage your forwarding via their panel which is more reliable than our free forwarders.
I google ImprovMX and understand it is a free email forwarding.
I register and receive email to alert me to configure my DNS. However, I am just a simple user with no knowledge of coding or so. I am not quite sure how to configure my DNS and how to " modify my MX record here"?
