The forums reads:
General settings reset on the 000webhost panel will remove all files and databases
But
where is the
000webhost panel
?
Cause I haven’t found any reset option so far.

Here’s the reason why I consider WP reinstalling:
Initially, it was installed not according to the way I’ve read as the only one possible.
WP didn’t generate the password which is recommended to change then.
It was me who had to create the password.
The password window came in the couple with the admin login window.
Once I’ve installed Astra starter pages the form offering automatically WP generated password did appear.
I filled out all the windows the form demanded.
But after I submitted the data WP said I’d already installed it.
This form appeared again, after a half-hour break preceded by another round of fight to install smth else obligatory for the site.
Today, WP demanded me to enter only the username/pssw couple.
But I’m afraid, if there was such an issue, my future site isn’t going to work properly unless I uninstall WP to reinstall it fresh.
