Mx record for custom domains

Does anybody know what is the correct mx record to redirect email from custom to say gmail?

I have set it to: mail.post.000webhost.com

But this is not correct and ping is also showing errors.

I also tried: post.000webhost.com but this is not reachable by ping.

So what is the correct dns record to set for mx?

Hi. When you park your domain on 000webhost, you can use the built-in Email Manager that allows you to create a custom email address and then forward emails to another email address, such as Gmail.
