Error: There is no such website This domain is ready to be registered

Hi all,

I am building a forum and want to make sure that everything is working properly and I pull the trigger on buy a domain and a better server package (as well as getting graphics and everything else made).

My site is: https://rs-forum-test.000webhostapp.com/

Last night I was able to access the site, but now I get the error which says:

There is no such website This domain is ready to be registered.

I have changed nothing on the site since last evening. I’m unsure what is causing the issue.

Working fine currently, forums are not good to host on learning plan as free system has limits in place and database will freeze after forum makes X amount of requests.
The no such website error will sometimes appear when database is rate limited and therefore your forum won’t load.
