got message: “website is archived. If you are owner this site, please login to your admin panel to re-activate the project.” tried to connect - got another one: “log in details are not correct”. tried reset the password a couple of times and did not get the mail. please, help me.

It is likely you did not login for one month and it was deleted, any sites will have been deleted too.
