Hi! I know there are a lot of topics about DNS problems at registro.br but after reading them I still can’t make it work.
I’ve contacted their support and they said that “Pesquisa recusada” indicates that the DNS recieved the request but refused to respond, so that’s problem number 1.
Problem number 2: when I try to park my domain here i get this message “Entered domain contains subdomain which is not allowed”
I can’t change my DNS at registro br and I can’t add my domain here… Can anyone help me please?
beberagua.app.br is not a root domain, therefore you cannot park it. If it were only beberagua.br or app.br it would’ve worked but not in this case; I don’t know your registrar configuration but you’re asking to park a subdomain which is not possible.
I think however you could link the domain via CNAME records instead. Please check out this tutorial on how to do it:
