Whenever I visit my website (which has a custom .com domain), the HTTPS certificate says that it was issued to the 000webhostapp.com domain.
Is it possible to change the certificate so that it is my domain instead of 000webhostapp.com

We provide free HTTPS/SSL for our subdomain only 000webhostapp.
Free users would be best upgrading to Hostinger if they wanted to totally secure their connection using SSL/HTTPS with a custom domain.
There is a workaround using CloudFlare but it is not totally secure.
Feel free to checkout the tutorial if you go the less secure route.
