I was creating a study website in the free 000webhost app host. He asked me to update Wordpress, and in doing so he deleted all my data: pages, entries and media. I need to know if there is a way to recover them.
It asked you to UPDATE? Or install?
Checking our logs I can see you REINSTALLED WORDPRESS on 10-10 which is NOT AN UPDATE.
Which is why you got a new blank blog.
First install 12th of September
Second install / overwrite - 10th of October
Thankfully it created a new database and I’ve been able to restore your previous work.
