Reinstall Wordpress continuosly

I am using the free WordPress installation on 00webhost.

When I upload some media on WordPress, and I am talking about 200KB files, i don’t know what happens but I get a WordPress installation form.

Please, take a look on this, because it is impossible to create just a simple website where only with three images and a couple of posts, I have to start from scratch over and over.

I have to reinstall and reinstall all the time Wordpress… so, it is impossible to use.

Basically, wait it out and don’t reinstall.

Since only creating one WordPress with 2 posts and 5 images comes out that I am overtaking any rate limit…

You guys will understand that this free service is unuseful, right?

Sadly just wait it out or use alternative service friend.
