Wordpress keeps resetting

Hello,
every 10 minutes my website https://chalcographic-colle.000webhostapp.com/ stops working on edit mode and redirects me to the wordpress installation page (https://chalcographic-colle.000webhostapp.com/wp-admin/install.php),

After 20/40 minutes it comes back alive and I can work on it but again, after 5/10 minutes it stops working, this situation is unbearable.

WordPress Installation Page / Rate Limiting Issue

It seems something has changed lately within WordPress and for a lot of users when WordPress cannot communicate with the database (due to rate limiting) then it displays the WordPress installation page - which is slightly confusing! Whereas before it would be an endless loading page, bad gateway error or the correct “Unable to select / connect to xyz database” When your free account exceeds the hourly database limitations which are set on the free plan, your database is simply frozen, no action…
