I am trying to add my domain to point to 000webhost for my website.
my domain is applejacksldc.net
my website is www.applejacksldc.net
It keeps saying the name is blacklisted-in a previous ‘blacklisted’ topic you said it was because the name ‘apple’ was in it-but this is my website.
I could not work out how to migrate to the new panel so I have had to start from scratch again

I have whitelisted applejacksldc.net. You should now be able to add it

We are sorry to hear that. At what steps have you failed precisely? Did you follow this tutorial?
Yes I tried but I just couldn’t get anywhere with it
Wow that was quick-I’ve now been able to add applejacksldc.net and it accepted it

Did you created a new account on 000webhost with e-mail: jh****od.ca@gmail.com before migrating?
I have now on the new panel but with my old log in details
So, you have created a new account on new cPanel with the same credentials used on the old one?
Yes as it was the only way I found to get to the new panel
Oh, then in this case I can’t help you recover your data.
