How can I restore my WordPress backup database downloaded zip file if I lost my current database from a incident of some kind of upgrade or something?
I have already done my backup but don’t know how to restore.

Depends what kind of backup you’ve got?
If it is a .sql file then it is as simple as making a new database here, phpMyAdmin, import and uploading the .sql file providing it is not too big?

No we don’t keep any backups at all, if you delete or corrupt your database you’ll need to start again if you don’t have any backups taken personally.
