This site can’t be reached - What could be the problem?

Hi, I am having issues with our website. It says the site cannot be reached:

It also says that the website status is running with no issues:

I am not sure as to why my website is down. I am aware of the server sleep time
& I am positive that this is not the cause of this issue.
Please help me with this fix this problem.

can you try using a different device or even better a different internet connection to see if the problem still exists as the site loads fine for me
