The panel which you see. It’s a custom panel.
Go to settings >> general for FTP related details.
Note:- If you don’t know ftp password, just reset it.
Yoou can use files manager or any ftp client like Filezilla.

That looks like old panel.
Seems you’ve not migrated and instead created a new account with the same email, right??

have you made backup of your data on old panel??
Now delete your old panel.
After deleting, you can probably able to log in to new panel and Manage your content.

Follow this,
Enter your website control panel and browse down the bottom
Click on delete your website
Should appear after deleting it - a nice empty list of accounts.
NOW TO DELETE YOUR OLD PANEL PROFILE TO ENABLE YOU TO LOGIN TO THE NEW PANEL WITHOUT ISSUE HOPEFULLY.
Click your name
It will ask you to delete
Click delete!
Log back into 000webhost.com and the new control will now appear for you.
